1,2    Step right foot forward, step and lock left foot behind right foot
3&4   Step right foot forward, step and lock left foot behind right foot, step right foot forward
5,6     Point and touch left toe out to left side, drag left toe to touch immediately behind right foot

When dancing to Smooth by Santana, do the dance in the following sequence:

As with all phrased dances, this sequence becomes second nature when the dancer becomes accustomed to the music and very little "thinking" is required.

When dancing to the other listed songs simply dance the 32 counts of A and repeat.

Like most choreographers, we have tried to avoid writing a phrased dance, but a dilemma is created when THAT SONG comes along, and any simple phrasing just will not work. When that happens, a force stronger than the human will takes over. This dance is the result of that force!
