Cape Position: Normal waltz footwork with man starting on left and lady starting on right

1-6 BASIC
1-6 Waltz forward (Man L-R-L, R-L-R) (Lady R-L-R, L-R-L)
   
7-12 LADY DUCK OUT
1 Man:  Step forward on L raising right hand over lady's head and releasing left hand
  Lady: Step back on right ducking under man's right hand
2 Man:  Step R foot to R bringing right hands down behind his back
  Lady: Step L foot to L (now directly behind man)
3 Man:  Step L foot beside right while placing lady's right hand in his left
  Lady: Step R foot across in front of left
4 Man:  Step R foot in place while raising joined hands (his left, her right)
  Lady: Step L foot forward
5-6 Man:  Step L foot in place, Step R foot in forward
  Lady: Turn 2 turn CCW under joined hands and step back on R, Step L foot back
   
13-18 MAN TURNS
1-3 Man:  Step down line of dance, L-R-L, making a full turn CCW under raised left hand
  Lady: Step back R-L-R
4 Man:  Step R foot forward taking lady in two hand hold
  Lady: Step left foot back accepting two hand hold
5 Man:  Step L foot beside R stopping forward movement
  Lady: Step R foot back (creating space between dancers)
6 Man:  Step R foot beside L
  Lady: Step L foot beside R
  (Dancers are still in two hand hold but a space has been created between them)
   
19-24 WALK AROUND (Pinwheel)
1 Man:  Step L foot forward placing his left hand on his left hip and his right hand on her left hip
  Lady: Step R foot forward with same handwork as man
  (dancers are now right shoulder to right shoulder with man facing LOD and lady facing RLOD)
2-3 Both: Start walking one full turn around partner keeping hands on hips
4-6 Both: Complete walking around partner keeping hands on hips
   
25-30 LADY TURNS
1-3 Man:  Step slightly forward L-R-L and raise his left and her right hand
  Lady: Turn 2 turn CW under raised hands and step forward on R, then turn another 2 turn CW and back on L, then step back on R
4 Man:  Step R foot forward into closed dance position as he lowers his left hand
Lady: Step L foot back
5 Man:  Step L foot beside right stopping forward movement
Lady: Step R foot beside left
6 Man:  Step R foot in place while turning 45 deg. CW
  Lady: Step L foot in place while turning 45 deg. CW
  (Dancers are left shoulder to left shoulder)
   
31-42 SERPENTINE TWICE
1 Man:  Step L foot forward
  Lady: Step R foot back
2 Man:  Step R foot beside L while turning to face lady
  Lady: Step L foot beside R while turning to face man
3 Man:  Step L foot in place while turning 45 deg. CCW
  Lady: Step R foot in place while turning 45 deg. CCW
4 Man:  Step R foot forward
  Lady: Step L foot back
5 Man:  Step L foot beside R while turning to face lady
  Lady: Step R foot beside L while turning to face man
6 Man:  Step R foot in place while turning 45 deg. CW
  Lady: Step L foot in place while turning 45 deg. CW
   
1-3 Both: Repeat serpentine steps 1-3 above
4-5 Both: Repeat serpentine steps 4-5 above
6 Man:  Step R foot beside L
  Lady: Step L foot beside R 
   
43-48 LADY RETURN TO CAPE
1 Man:  Step L foot forward and raise left hand (lady's right)
  Lady: Turn 2 turn CW under raised hands and step R foot forward
2 Man:  Step R foot forward and place lady's right hand in his right hand while hands are overhead
  Lady: Turn another 2 turn CW and step back on L
3 Man:  Step L foot forward picking up lady's left hand in his left
  Lady: Turn another 2 turn CW and step forward on R
4-6 Man:  Step forward R-L-R bringing hands back to cape position
  Lady: Step forward L-R-L
