Description: Beginner waltz - 4 wall line dance with intermediate
to advanced variations.

For ease of learning this will be taught in measures of music. There are 16 measures of music in the dance.

1,2,3 Vine. Cross left over right and step, step side right, cross left behind right and step.

2,2,3 Cross Turn. Step side right, turn 1/2 turn on right foot to right and point left to side, hold for one count. This can also be done as a 2 count sweeping turn to the right after step right.

3,2,3 Vine. Cross left over right and step, step side right, cross left behind right and step.

4,2,3 Cross Turn. Step side right, turn 1/2 turn on right foot to right and point left to side, hold for one count. this can also be done as a 2 count sweeping turn to the right after step right.

5,2,3 Step Hold. Step across in front with left and hold 2 counts, but let body weight travel to left foot. (option to sweep left arm in upward circle.)

6,2,3 Step Rock Step. Step side right, rock left behind right, replace weight right.

7,2,3 Step Rock Step. Step side left, rock right behind left, replace weight left.

8,2,3 Developee. Step side right and developee left foot up and out facing a left diagonal. Man just holds left foot in a tap while Lady does developee.

9,2,3 Turning Vine. Step side left, cross back right, turn 1/2 turn to the left as you step side left.

10,2,3 Vine. Step side right, cross behind left, step side right.

11,2,3 Lunge left Slip Pivot. Step across in front with left foot over right in a lunging motion. As you start to replace weight on the right foot, pull to the right with your right shoulder in a twisting motion to turn you to the right as you replace the weight on the right. Tap left foot together beside right. You have done a 1/2 turn right now facing front.

12,2,3 Lunge L. Step across in front with left foot over right in a lunging motion. Replace weight on right, and turning body to the left tap left foot together while facing front.

13,2,3 Step Figure 4 Swivel. Step side left facing a left diagonal with your foot turned to the left, bring right knee up in figure 4 across in front. Swivel right knee to right.

14,2,3 Step Figure 4 Swivel. Step side right facing a right diagonal with your foot turned to right. Bring left knee up in figure 4 across in Front. Swivel left knee to left.

15,2,3 Turn Left. Step side left with foot turned left making a 1/4 turn. Turn a full turn on next 2 steps with Right and left.

16,2,3 Right Box Turn. You are now facing a 1/4 turn to the left from your original front. You will turn 1/2 turn to your right during this pattern. Step directly forward with right foot in a rock step type motion. Step back on a diagonal with the left turning 1/4 turn right. Finish with a 1/4 turn to right stepping on right foot.

REPEAT FROM TOP

This is a graceful and flowing dance that can be done with a lot of emotion. The song is beautiful so let yourself get carried away with it and think of it as you would think of it's inspiration - Princess Diana.
