1,2,3,4 Kick L foot diag. fwd & across right, Step L next to right,
Kick R foot diag. fwd & across left,Step R next to left
5,6 Kick L foot diag. fwd & across right, Step L next to right
7,&,8 Right kick ball change - Kick R foot fwd,
Step R next to left with ball of foot, Step in place w/L
RIGHT SIDE SHUFFLE, ROCK STEP
1&2,3,4 Right shuffle to right side (R F,R), Rock L back, Step in place with R
ROLLING 360 LEFT, TOUCH TOGETHER
5,6,7,8 Also known as a rolling vine - Turn 1/4 L and step fwd w/ L,

POINT CROSSES TRAVELING FORWARD & BACK
1,2,3,4 Touch R toe to R side, Cross & step R over L,
Touch L toe to L side, Cross & step L over R
5,6,7,8 Touch R toe to R side, Cross & step R behind L,
Touch L toe to L side, Cross & step L behind right
(when toes are pointed, both knees should be locked,
when feet are crossed - bend both knee)
4 TOE/HEEL STEPS BACKWARD
1-8 Step R toe back, Lower R heel, Step L toe back, Lower L heel,
Repeat
PADDLE TURN TO LEFT (1/2 TURN TOTAL)
1,2,3,4 Step R toe forward turning 1/8 L, Step on ball of L, Repeat
5,6,7,8 Repeat paddle turn & touch L next to R on count 8
(you should have turned 1/2 L at this point)
STEP DRAGS TO LEFT AND RIGHT
1-8 Repeat * above going to the left first with slide, then going to the right
ARM & HAND MOTIONS
1,2,3,4 Standing with weight on R foot and L toe next to R instep,
put both arms up like you are showing your muscles,
Hold L arm up while bending R elbow & bringing R fist to R shoulder (1),
Bring R fist & arm back up and bring L fist to L shoulder (2),
Repeat for counts 3,4
5,6,7,8 With palms of hands facing toward your body,
hold the L hand 6-8 inches from heart,
Hold R hand under L hand & pat chest,
then pat palm of L hand, pat chest, pat palm of L hand
