Weight Shifts

1. Right foot step forward and weight rocks forward

2. Weight rocks backward

3. Right foot step backward and weight rocks backward

4. Weight rocks forward


5. Right foot step forward and weight rocks forward

6. Weight rocks backward

7-8. Right foot step forward, bend knees, roll hips in 1/2 circle CW - starting in the forward position, and as you finish the hip roll, return to the full standing position and clap


2 Sets - Step, Pivot 1/2 Turn CW

9. Right toe step backward

10. Pivot on toes 1/2 turn CW

11. Left foot step forward

12. Pivot on toes 1/2 turn CW


Step, Scuff, Stomps

13. Left foot step forward

14. Right foot scuff beside left foot

15. Right foot stomp to close to left foot

16. Left foot stomp in place and clap


17. Right foot step diagonally forward and to the right

18. Left knee lift until thigh is parallel to the floor and right hand slap left knee on the right side

19. Left foot step diagonally forward and to the left

20. Right knee lift until thigh is parallel to the floor and left hand slap right knee on the left side


Toe Points to Right and Left of Center, Then 1/4 Turn CW, Stomp

21. Right toe point 1/4 turn right (slide the foot out to the point and let the body turn to follow the foot's movement)

22. Left toe point 1/4 turn left (slide the foot out to the point and let the body turn to follow the foot's movement)

23. Right foot step to the right 1/4 turn (slide the foot out to the step and let the body turn permanently this time)

24. Left foot stomp to close to the right foot and clap


25. Right foot step diagonally forward and to the right

26. Left foot slide to close to right foot

27. Right foot step diagonally forward and to the right

28. Left foot slide to close to right foot


29. Left foot step diagonally forward and to the left

30. Right foot slide to close to left foot
